About Eternal Wellness Space

We design retreats that help you reset your body, mind, and pace—gently and intelligently. Led by Purva and Sonali, our approach is nervous-system first: quiet mornings, mindful movement, time in nature, and nourishing food—all paced so your system can actually exhale.

Why we exist

Many of us are doing all the “right” things yet still feel rushed, achy, and mentally crowded. What’s missing isn’t more intensity—it’s a steadier rhythm, skillful guidance, and a small community that makes slowing down feel safe and normal.

How we hold the space

Arrive & Ground — begin in quiet, settle your system, set kind intentions.
Move & Breathe — mobility, yoga, and strength with options for every body.
Reflect & Integrate — nature time, simple prompts, and take-home rituals.

What you’ll take home

A clearer head, a softer body, and a few 10-minute practices (breath, mobility, journaling) you can repeat at home—plus the confidence to keep your new, calmer pace.

All levels welcome • Dietary preferences supported • Transparent pricing & safety protocols
